HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is Free of Charge within our local radius. We also offer delivery outside of our radius for a charge depending on the location.
CAN I COLLECT FROM STORE?
Yes, we have an extensive warehouse on site. Mattresses and beds can be taken away by yourself if you would like them quickly.
CAN YOU TAKE MY DELIVERY UPSTAIRS?
Our delivery team will be happy to take your items upstairs or to your room of choice.
DO YOU OFFER DISPOSAL FOR OLD BEDS & MATTRESSES?
Yes, we offer a disposal service for beds and mattresses that are being replaced. Charges typically consist of £35 per mattress or £50 for a bed.
DO YOU ASSEMBLE BEDS UPON DELIVERY?
Yes, we can assemble your bed on delivery for a small charge, depending on the item. This includes removal and recycling of all packaging.
DO YOU GIVE A TIME SLOT FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, we provide a 2-3 hour time slot and if needed will call you 30 mins prior to delivery.

DO YOU SUPPLY ALL SIZES OF MATTRESSES?
Yes, we stock all standard UK sizes ready for delivery or collection.
DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE MATTRESS SIZES?
Yes, we can provide made-to-measure mattresses or beds. Please contact us for more information.
DO YOU OFFER A MATTRESS TURNING SERVICE?
Yes, please contact us for more information.
CAN I PURCHASE A NON-TURNABLE MATTRESSES
Yes, a high proportion of modern mattresses are Non-Turn, however they must be rotated ‘top-to-toe’ regularly.
IF MY MATTRESS IS TURNABLE (DOUBLE SIDED), HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TURN IT?
We would recommend turning a new mattress every 2 weeks and rotating ‘top-to-toe’ regularly.
SHOULD I USE A MATTRESS PROTECTOR?
Yes, we highly recommend using a mattress protector, not only for health benefits – but for the protection and longevity of a mattress. We have an extensive range in-store to suit your needs.
